AGICO E-Clip Rail Fastening System
The E-clip rail fastening system is a railway track fastening system for fastening rails (steel rails) to wooden or concrete sleepers (wood or concrete sleepers). This system was called “Type E” because the fastener was shaped like the Latin letter “E”, with protruding “ears” on either side that could be used to secure rails. The E-clip rail fastening system is widely used in the railway track industry because of its ability to provide good fixation performance and track adaptability to cope with expansion and contraction under different temperatures and meteorological conditions. Generally speaking, a complete E-clip rail fastening system consists of two rail clips, two rail shoulders, a tie plate and two rail insulators.

Installation Precautions
- Confirm model and size:
Before installation, confirm that the inner diameter, thickness, and shaft groove dimensions of the e-clip match.
- Check shaft groove:
The mounting slot must be free of burrs and deformation, and kept clean.
