Crane Rail Clamp

Crane rail clamps are a critical component designed to secure crane rails and securely mount them to the crane floor. In this system, crane rail fasteners play a vital role, they are the key elements of crane rail fastening. The hanging rail pressure plate is located above the crane rail. It is firmly fixed on the crane rail through good pressing of the upper part, while its lower part is fastened to the crane base plate.
There are usually two ways to fix crane rail clamps, namely bolted type crane rail clamps and welded type crane rail clamps. The bolted type crane rail clamps uses specially designed rail bolts to firmly fix the rail clamp to the base plate. This method has the advantages of high flexibility and easy installation, and is suitable for scenarios that require frequent adjustment and maintenance. On the other hand, the welded type crane rail clamps uses welding to firmly connect the track clamp to the base plate.
